Which consist of asking the uncomfortable questions, understanding where you and your family are at in the present, your vision for the future, and creating a customized legacy structure including help with setting up a will, trust, survivorship, etc.

Legacy is about structure and having all the fundamentals in place, but it is also about budgeting what you currently have, and knowing where you are going.
A Superior Faith Notary will draft this document for you. You will receive (2) 30-minute meetings with this purchase.
The 1st meeting will be for our notary to collect your information to draft your Survivorship Document, and the 2nd meeting will be to go over the document once it is completed. Once we receive your approval, we will mail you your Survivorship Document.
A Survivorship Document is a legal document that transfers real estate ownership to multiple people as joint tenants with the right of survivorship. This means that if one of the co-owners dies, their share of the property automatically passes to the surviving co-owners without going through probate. This happens immediately and automatically when one of the co-owners dies.
**FYI: You can also draft a survivorship document for other assets as well**

The 1st meeting will be for our notary to collect your information to draft your Will/Testament Document, and the 2nd meeting will be to go over the document once it is completed. Once we receive your approval, we will mail you your Will/Testament Document.
Will/Testament is a legal document that gives instructions to how a person wishes to distribute their assets upon their death. A Will is a MUST have when creating your legacy. Be prepared to answer the tough questions that you may not want to think about at the moment, but you MUST in order to create an airtight Will/Testament. There are a lot of grey areas when creating your Will/Testament, so please enroll in our Legacy Formation Class if you need a better understanding of these critical legacy documentation.
A Superior Faith Notary will draft this document for you. You will receive (2) 1-hr meetings with this purchase.
The 1st meeting will be for our notary to collect your information to draft your Revocable Living Trust Document, and the 2nd meeting will be to go over the document once it is completed. Once we receive your approval, we will mail you your Revocable Living Trust Document.
Revocable Living Trust "RLT" is a trust that is created during your lifetime and may be revised or revoked as you wish. This type of trust becomes an Irrevocable Trust upon your death. At that time the trust assets will be distributed per your instructions.

The 1st meeting will be for our notary to collect your information to draft your Pour-Over Will Document, and the 2nd meeting will be to go over the document once it is completed. Once we receive your approval, we will mail you your Pour-Over Will Document.
Pour-Over Will "POW" is a type of Will with a provision to “pour” any leftover or unallocated assets in a person's estate into a living trust when the person dies. It is a will that funds an existing trust and provides additional protection outside of your Revocable Living Trust.
**FYI: you may not be able to avoid probate with an POW**
